OUR POLICY

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash.

Cancellations:

Last minute cancellations hurt our team. We are rarely able to fill a spot we have reserved for you with less than 48  hours notice

and therefore take a business loss. In order to keep costs down for all, please note our cancellation policy below:

We require a credit card number to securely be placed on file. We ask for a  48 hour notice when you need to cancel or reschedule.

If a cancellation happens after the 48 hour period we charge a $25.00 fee to the card on file. If a cancellation happens after

24 hour period we charge 50% of service to card. If  you fail to call and no-show your appointment 100%

cost of service will be charged to card on file.

Appointments:

We recommend that you make all appointments in advance to ensure that you get the time,

stylist and service that you are requesting.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do

everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that

we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Services:

We want you to be happy and we want you to love your hair. If you are unhappy with your

service, we want the opportunity to make it right. We ask that you call us within 7 days for any

changes you may require. We do not offer refunds on services.

Gratuity:

Gratuities are not included in services provided or gift certificate purchases unless specified.
